I’m excited to see so many of our favorites in all these projects in 2024. Especially Ju Ji Hoon. It’s been a beat since we last saw him (cough, “Jirisan”, cough) I miss him and his kooky charm.

Video Village is BEEFY this week! We are heading into APRIL already with the first teaser from Lee Je Hoon’s latest “Chief Detective 1958”. Ep 1 Previews for next week’s premieres of “Wedding Impossible” & “Wonderful World”. As well as “Queen Of Tears” in full promo mode with 3 teasers to watch. Plus check out Disney+’s K-Content 2024 Highlight reel that they dropped last week.

PARK BO YOUNG, CHOI WON SIK & Netflix

✅ It’s a weird confirmation notice since the pics are from the table read…but regardless, I’m definitely excited to watch PARK BO YOUNG & CHOI WOOK SIK in a new Netflix series titled “MeloMovie”. She’s an upcoming film director, he’s an actor turned film critic and they fall in love?! Please this has my name written all over it! No word on when it’s airing but we’ll most definitely keep you posted.

JU JI HOON & JUNG YU MI? Yes, Please!

🧐 JU JI HOON feels like he is in EVERYTHING right now and I have zero complaints! The latest project up for consideration is a romance drama with JUNG YU MI currently titled “Love On A Single Log Bridge”. From the director who gave us “Because This Is My First Life” and “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?” and the “Love in Moonlight” writer. This sounds like a fun team, I hope they both sign on!

🧐 SHIN YE EUN is in talks along with ROWOON & PARK SO DAM to join the historical drama “Takryu” from the writer of popular 2010 sageuk “The Slave Hunters”.

KIM SUNG CHEOL Replacing BYUNG YO HAN?

🗣️ KIM SUNG CHEOL is reported to be taking over for BYUNG YO HAN in the upcoming film “The Old Woman With A Knife”.

🗣️ HAN YE RI rumored to be joining HAN SUKKYU & CHAE WON BIN as a detective in their thriller “Such A Close Traitor”.

🗣️ LEE JIN WOOK rumored to be joining SHIN HAE SUN on her next project “To My Dissociated”. Not gonna lie, hope this one falls through…
