Did you have a good KDrama week?

My top 2 are still “No Gain, No Love” (#1) and “Cinderella At 2AM”. They are both a lot of fun with some great social commentary about how women are treated in the workplace. Spoiler Alert: Not great. SHIN MIN AH & KIM YOUNG DAE have a joyful chemistry in NGNL that has me hitting play ASAP every Monday & Tuesday. Add in our 2nd couple LEE SANG YI & HAN JI HYUN’s fraught enemies to lovers storyline and this drama is really making my watchlist right now.

But I am also now binging “Black Out” on HULU thanks to a new friend on Sunday’s LIVE who let us know that it has finally landed there - I checked for 3 weeks and couldn’t find it! I’m only 4 eps in and it is the crime drama I think I was looking for. BYUN YO HAN is fantastic and I am suspicious of EVERYONE.

Always enjoy KIM DONG WOOK especially in comedy so I’ll definitely be hitting play on “Seoul Busters” Wednesday. The first 4 eps drop Wednesday which will give us a good idea what the next 16 will bring…16?! Is that right? When was the last time we had a full 20 ep series?! This will be interesting.

“Romance in the House” ends this week and I’m ready. It was a good series overall but nothing I was excited to hit play on everyweek. The highlight for me was the first love between the oldest daughter Mi Rae SON NA EUN Chaebol Heir / Security Guard Nam Tae Pyeong CHOI MIN HO. Their chemistry has been adorable and I completely believe their slow burn from flirty friends to boyfriend & girlfriend.

Need to hit play on “Queen Woo” especially after chatting with Marisa about it on our LIVE Sunday!
