KDRAMA LINE UP

Still a bunch on the kdrama board!

The big (non-struck) finale this week seems to be MY DEAREST. Is anyone watching this one? Should I cue it up for a massive binge? Or is it uber tragic and I should just enjoy the pretty pictures? 

My current watchlist includes:

The Finale was mostly satisfying. But as I said on IG there was something that didn’t quite gel for me overall. I did have some great comments / conversations about it though, so I didn’t feel quite so alone! Thanks Kdrama Friends!

MY LOVELY LIAR: These two are adorable but my 2nd Lead syndrome is working overtime! I hope our Noble Idiot a) learned from that massive misstep and 2) finds his own ‘lovely liar’ by the end of this show (I’m now rooting for that police officer who tried to set him up 🤣)

I’m very happy that our Lie Detector has finally realized her powers only go so far and some lies are not malicious. Looking forward to this week’s episodes!

“7 Escape: War for Survival” looks absolutely bonkers and I CAN. NOT. WAIT. Brought to us by the “Penthouse” team - I expect nothing less! Revenge. Lies. Retribution. And the cast is STACKED. This trailer does not have subtitles but MyDramaList has a nice write-up explaining what’s going on.

This one’s a movie but with Kang Ha Neul & Jung So Min as the leads you know we have to let you know! “30 Days” is a comedy about a married couple whose divorce will be finalized in…30 Days. But as they leave the courthouse they get into a car accident and ladies & gentlemen, if we follow the MyDramaList synopsis, we have a DOUBLE AMNESIA tale of romance! Soompi on the other hand is saying only Kang Ha Neul will be the one starting over. Personally, I’m voting for a two-fer! 😜
