JI CHANG WOOK Swings Back to DARK

✅ JO WOO JIN, JI CHANG WOOK & HA YOON KYUNG are all officially on the Disney+ “Gangnam B Side” train! This dark crime drama is scheduled for the 2nd half of 2024. Thrilled to see Jo Woo Jin again, channeling this reluctant detective. Loving the images of the latest Ji Chang Wook character. He’s so soft naturally and yet so good at the dark shit, I can’t wait! And it’s always a highlight to see Ha Yoon Kyung, looking forward to seeing what she brings to a heavier role.

✅ LEE MIN KI, KWAK SUN YOUNG, HEO SUNG TAE, and more have all officially confirmed they will be leading the upcoming ENA drama “Crash”. From the “Taxi Driver” team, “Crash” will tell the story of the Traffic Crime Investigation Team (TCI) and I am hoping wacky highjacks ensue. Scheduled to air in May.

✅ KIM DO HOON has confirmed he will be joining HAN JI MIN & LEE JOON HYUK in “Between Greetings”. Not sure the relationship between his immature chaebol character and our 2 leads but I loved him in “Moving” and he made me full out cackle he was so ridiculous in “The Escape of the Seven”, I’m excited to see what he does here.

JEON YEO BEEN Considering “Made In Korea”

🧐 JEON YEO BEEN is ‘positively reviewing’ an offer to join JUNG WOO SUNG and possibly HYUN BIN in the 1970s period drama “Made In Korea”.

🧐 SEO KANG JOON is considering for his first post-military project a comedy-drama titled “Undercover High School”. Playing an NIS agent who goes undercover as a high school student…so “21 Jump Street” Kdrama style? Did I just date myself terribly? GenX Baby!🤘 

🧐 HAN SO HEE and RYU JUN YEOL may be teaming up for a mystery horror drama set in 1935, based on the webtoon “Delusion”. If she accepts, Han So Hee is headed back to Gyeongseong, this time either to battle Vampires or….please kdrama gods…she may be the Vampire.

RUMOR
CHO YEON JEONG New Historical Drama?

🗣️ CHO YEO JEONG is rumored to be returning to historical drama with a drama adaptation of the novel “The Scent of the Plum”. No details yet on her character or plot.

🗣️ YOON CHAN YOUNG may be joining PARK EUN BIN’s upcoming drama “Hyper Knife”. It is rumored that he will be playing her bodyguard.

🗣️ “Wise Resident Life” may get pushed back or even taken off the schedule for the time being, due to backlash from the medical community. It was slotted to air after “Queen of Tears”.
