I was completely oblivious to “Tell Me That You Love Me” until this week and now we have teasers and castings and it’s everywhere! Still not sure it’s a drama for me but my goodness it’s going to be visually stunning.

✅ CONFIRMED: IT’S OFFICIAL! JUNG RYEO WON has confirmed she will take on the role of Veteran Educator to WI HA JOON’s Rookie Teacher (and former student) in “Graduation” - the latest from “Something In The Rain” director AHN PAN SEOK. This man LOVES his Noona Romances - Thank you Kind Sir!

As I mentioned in a previous newsletter, if they can keep this from being creepy (and just plain wrong) when they are student/teacher I. AM. ALL. IN. We haven’t seen Jung Ryeo Won since 2022’s “If It May Please The Court”, while Wi Ha Joon is currently crushing it (& his first on-screen kiss) as the Gangster of Gangnam in “The Worst of Evil“. I love them both so much with all their sass and charm. And if I may bust out a mini AstroCorner 😉…Just their LEO Sun / Moon combo alone (His Sun and Her Moon) My god, we are in for some spicy deliciousness ❤️‍🔥

✅ CONFIRMED: PARK JI HOON & HONG YE JI have officially confirmed that they will indeed be taking on the Lead roles for the latest webtoon-based kdrama “Fantasy Sonata”. Like everyone else, I thought Park Ji Hoon dominated in “Weak Hero”. As for Hong Ye Ji, she is completely new to me BUT the director? LEE JUNG SUB? Y’all. Y’ALL! This man has given us “Dali and the Cocky Prince”, “Angel’s Last Mission”, “Queen For Seven Days” AND “Healer”…I believe we’re in good hands.

✅ CONFIRMED: LEE BO YOUNG, LEE MOO SAENG, LEE CHUNG AH & LEE MIN JAE are joining “The Glory” production team for a new Kdrama currently titled “Hide”. This Thriller is about a woman (Lee Bo Young) tracking down the secrets that surround her missing husband (Lee Moo Saeng). Lee Chung Ah signed up to be a friendly neighbor - or is she? and Lee Min Jae’s character is described as ‘the key’ to the mystery. Huge fan of both Lee Moon Saeng and Lee Chung Ah…so we’ll see if I hit play on this one.

✅ CONFIRMED: KIM JI HYUN has confirmed she will be joining “Tell Me That You Love Me” as JUNG WOO SUNG’s ex from college. I feel a case of 2nd Lead Syndrome coming on…

✅ CONFIRMED: LEE BONG RYEON (who we are always happy to see!) will be officially joining the “Wise Resident Life” cast as the professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology…I am so curious about this drama!

❌ PASSED: CHOI HYUN WOOK has turned down the offer to Lead the latest from “Goblin”, “Sweet Home” & “Descendants of The Sun” Director LEE EUNG BOK “My Relationship That I Also Oppose”. According to his agency, GOLDMEDALIST, Choi Hyun Wook’s current schedule doesn’t work with the production schedule.
